Thought there was gonna be more wind but once I got to Brogborough saw that there was none. Took Monique with me as she was gonna hire some kit. Anyway I got myself a North Progression Comp and Tushy 45% carbon mast so that was good. Rigged up the xcite but not much was happening, can hardly get excited about it. It was fun though windsurfing with my gf and she was having a great time on a Starboard Start that she hired along with a 6m sail (her first go on a short board rather than the long planks). she did really well and was getting excited about going fast (errrm well couldn't have been that fast really considering the wind). Its more fun when there are two of you out windsurfing anyway so it was all good fun. I'm glad Mon got onto a short board, I see that as a step forward for her. She did have a go on my xcite but could not uphaul it due to lack of daggerboard hehe.
